    DAY 1.

    • 16:00 - 18:00 Introduction to retreat, group discussion and Meditation. 

    DAY 2.

    • 08:00 - 10:30 Asana and Pranayama. Yoga psychology theory and understanding the emotions. Meditation for personal development. 
    • 10:30 - 11:00 Breakfast
    • 11:00 - 12:30 Free time, pool, and beach. 
    • 13:00 - 14:00 Lunch
    • 14:00 - 15:00 Break
    • 15:00 - 16:30 Analysing our personality. The Swan theory. Asana and Pranayama. Evening meditation.

    DAY 3.

    • 08:00 - 10:30 Asana and Pranayama. Yoga psychology theory and understanding the emotions. Meditation for personal development. 
    • 10:30 - 11:00 Breakfast
    • 11:00 - 12:30 Free time, pool, and beach. 
    • 13:00 - 14:00 Lunch
    • 14:00 - 15:00 Break
    • 15:00 - 16:30 . The Yamas and Niyamas. Asana and Pranayama. Evening meditation.
     

    DAY 4.

    • 08:00 - 10:30 Asana and Pranayama. Yoga psychology theory and understanding the emotions. Meditation for personal development. 
    • 10:30 - 11:00 Breakfast
    • 11:00 - 12:30 Free time, pool, and beach. 
    • 13:00 - 14:00 Lunch
    • 14:00 - 15:00 Break
    • 15:00 - 16:30 Expressive yoga and resetting the mind. Asana and Pranayama. Evening meditation.

    DAY 5.

    • 08:00 - 10:30 Asana and Pranayama. Yoga psychology theory and understanding the emotions. Meditation for personal development. 
    • 10:30 - 11:00 Breakfast
    • 11:00 - 12:30 Free time, pool, and beach. 
    • 13:00 - 14:00 Lunch
    • 14:00 - 15:00 Break
    • 15:00 - 16:30 Overcoming doubt, fear, anxiety and stress. Asana and Pranayama. Evening meditation.

    DAY 6.

    • 08:00 - 10:30 Asana and Pranayama. Yoga psychology theory and understanding the emotions. Meditation for personal development. 
    • 10:30 - 11:00 Breakfast
    • 11:00 - 12:30 Free time, pool, and beach. 
    • 13:00 - 14:00 Lunch
    • 14:00 - 15:00 Break
    • 15:00 - 16:30 Increasing will power and understanding intuition. Asana and Pranayama. Evening meditation. 
     

    DAY 7.

    • 08:00 - 10:30 Self-Practice with guidance session (for personal comprehensive take-home practice.)
