This retreat explores health aspects from the body, mind and personality. Asanas are used to improve imbalances within the body; pranayama helps relieve tension and anxiety; and meditation heals mental stress and infuses serenity. We use Ayurvedic theory to determine your dosha or humour, and develop a list of practices and foods for you to take with you after the retreat.
